We have over 15 years experience in providing specialist case management services to individuals with acquired brain injury and other physical disabilities. This service has been delivered to a range of professional bodies providing individualised holistic packages to clients.

Provision of costed case management reports for adults / children for medico-legal purposes.

Continuing case management services for adults and children pre and post settlement and through NHS or social services funding.

Care Management Services
We presently provide over 500 care hours per week to individuals with acquired brain injury or physical disabilities.

Registered with Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales as a Care Provider.
Trained, experienced, flexible carers/support staff with minimal NVQ level 2.
Client and family involved with recruitment of carers/support staff.
Specialist environment assessment for adaptations and equipment.
Development of purposeful activity plans to enhance quality of life experiences.
Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks on all staff.
Sensitive approach tailored to the needs of client and family.
Ongoing support, supervision and development of care/support staff.

Occupational Therapy Services
We employ several experienced occupational therapists to deliver a range of fast, reliable and
tailored services to organisations or individuals. Occupational Therapy Assessments have been
delivered to:

Housing Associations who have successfully applied for local government funding and grants.
Social Services departments to help reduce waiting times for assessments.
Charities to help identify correct disability equipment for the individual
Local Health Boards/Primary Care Teams to assist with complex care needs.
Individuals who would like advice on equipment or adaptations that would best suit their needs.
Employers and employment services to assist with retention and returns to work.

Expert Witness Reports
Our Occupational Therapists have over 10 years experience in the production of legal reports for
adults and children.

Comprehensive assessments detailing the care needs of clients pursuing legal compensation following accidents or incidents of medical negligence.
Medico Legal assessments for individuals suffering severe head injury, spinal injury, birth injuries, orthopaedic injury and burns.
Experienced in providing evidence at court of law.
Detailed assessment providing guidance on equipment and accommodation needs.
Provision of reports and attendance at educational or work place tribunals.
Successful contribution in assisting clients receive financial compensation that enable them to achieve as comfortable a lifestyle following injury.

We have an experienced team of technicians and tradesmen supported by occupational therapists providing fast reliable service to meet individuals needs.

Large show room with a vast display of specialist equipment ranging from wheelchairs to bathing aids to smaller items such as shoe horns and kettle tippers.
Highly trained experienced staff willing to help customers find the correct piece of equipment.
Occupational therapists on hand to assist with more complex needs.
Skilled experienced mechanics to provide servicing for wheelchairs, scooters and stair lifts.
Team of experienced builders and associated tradesmen who are fully trained in the installation of level access showers, stair lifts and kitchen equipment.
